Experience the Spring Equinox through a transformative yin-guided meditation held in comfort and community. Kristi weaves together restorative chakra-informed yin postures, breath work, use of props, and supportive hands-on assists, to help you slow down, listen inward, and honor the turning of the seasons.
Her approach is beginner-welcoming, and deeply supportive for sensitive nervous systems, empaths, and anyone feeling the weight of transition.
“These gatherings are an invitation to root softly into yourself, so that whatever is meant to bloom in you this season has space to emerge.”
If you’re feeling a gentle yes, trust that. Here are a few details that might help you decide.
No previous yin or yoga experience is required for either the 5-week series or the Spring Equinox ceremony. Both are designed to be gentle, supportive, and accessible for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners who are craving a softer, slower practice.
You’re encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible, as each week builds on the last. That said, each class is also held as a complete, nourishing practice. If you know in advance you’ll miss a date, you’re still welcome to join the series for the overall journey and support.
Yes. You’re welcome to attend the Spring Equinox ceremony on its own, without joining the 5-week series. Many people choose the ceremony as a seasonal reset, while others pair it with the series for deeper continuity.
Wear comfortable, cozy layers you can easily move and rest in. For the Equinox Celebration, please bring a journal and pen, a water bottle, and any small item you’d like to place on our shared altar—such as a crystal, flower, photo, or meaningful object. Props such as bolsters, blankets and sandbags are provided by the studio.
This Equinox Celebration is expected to fill quickly—pre-registration is required. Sign up to recieve updates about new and upcoming events.
Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, what to bring, and how to prepare.
